| WHY THE BSAS DC3/C47 TP |BSAS currently provides or has provided aircraft leasing services and sales to various operators, governments and aid agencies around the globe. From Antarctica, Africa to Afghanistan the DC3-TP has seen service in the most un-hospitable of environments, both crew and machine continue to serve with distinction. The DC3/C47 TP [Turbo Dakota] is ideally suited for short and medium range operations. As an unpressurised aircraft, operating costs are low, field maintenance is simple and the fuselage and control surfaces can cope with testing runway conditions and keep FOD [Foreign Object Damage] to a minimum. Powerful PT6A Turbines provide for STOL [Short Take-Off & Landing] Capabilities. The tail drag configuration of the DC3/C47, combined with large, low pressure BF Goodrich tyres and high sitting engines, make for an aircraft that maintains high ground manoeuvrability in secluded airfields. | BSAS DC3/C47-65ARTP AIRCRAFT LEASING |BSAS will customise an aircraft for any operational lease requirement. Configuration of a lease aircraft is dependent on lessee specifications, budget and operational application.
